Verdical Group is providing Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) Project Management to achieve CHPS verification equivalency; Energy Modeling for Title 24, CHPS, and Net Zero; and Daylight Modeling for SMMUSD’s new Malibu High School Building. The building will be approximately 70,000 square feet, featuring classrooms and multipurpose spaces. Verdical Group is collaborating with the design team to advise on sustainability measures to achieve Net Zero.




Los Angeles Southwest College Student Union Building

The Student Union building is a two-story, 31,000-square-foot facility that will encompass a mix of student lounge and study spaces, a gaming room, dining and a café, kiosks, conference spaces, and offices.

The Harlow is a 115,000-square-foot office owned by Hudson Pacific Properties and located in Hollywood, CA. Verdical Group is completing LEED v4 BD+C Core & Shell Project Management, Energy Modeling, Daylight Modeling, Fitwel, and Savings By Design Incentive Management services.

This innovative project was featured in the Business section of the Los Angeles Times print edition and in Urbanize LA. The greenhouse-inspired studio will function as an office space for the city’s creative leaders. In August 2019, it won the Silver Award in the “Unbuilt” category of the Commercial Property Executive Distinguished Achievement Awards.


San Fernando Mental Health Center

Verdical Group completed LEED Project Management, Commissioning Services, Energy Modeling, and Daylight Modeling for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works’ San Fernando Mental Health Center project.

This design-build project is a new, 15,000-square-foot, single-story mental health building that includes a waiting area, reception area, business offices, counseling rooms, cubical spaces, conference rooms, and group therapy rooms. The project is LEED v4 BD+C Gold certified.
