Verdical Group is providing LEED v3 BD+C Core & Shell project management, LEED Energy Modeling, CALGreen and LEED Fundamental Commissioning, and a Fitwel Feasibility Assessment for the approximately 120,000-square-foot Mark 302 building. Formerly a Sears department store, the property is being reused and transformed into a vibrant retail, office and food complex – featuring an atrium and landscaped rooftop deck.
