This month, the La Kretz Innovation Campus project — Verdical Group’s DTLA office for which we are providing Net Zero Energy Modeling — became the first building to achieve both LEED v3 Platinum in New Construction & WELL v1 Gold Core and Shell certification. The WELL Consultant was A SustainAble Production (ASAP) and the LEED consultant was BuroHappold Engineering. The project is owned by the Los Angles Department of Water & Power (LADWP) and serves as the home of the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. The LEED and WELL plaques were unveiled at a ceremony onsite as part of Verdical Group’s Net Zero Conference & Expo in October.
We would like to congratulate our friends at BuroHappold, ASAP, LADWP, and the entire design and construction team on this landmark project that we’re proud to call home!
