Verdical Group completed LEED Project Management, CALGreen Code Commissioning, and LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for 12 buildings at Johnson & Johnson’s Irvine Campus. These 12 buildings, which represent over 160,000 square feet of commercial office and R&D lab space, achieved LEED v3 & v4 certifications for Interior Design and Construction (ID+C) at the Certified, Silver, and Gold levels.
Verdical Group is also currently working to achieve LEED v4 BD+C and ID+C certifications for two additional buildings on the campus.
